Sunday 21st October 2007. Home game v Trojans.
Final Score: Gosport&Fareham 38 - 10 Trojans.
On yet another glorious sunny Sunday morning at Gosport Park a large crowd had come to watch this much anticipated home came against Trojans. A squad of 20 players turned up and after some late adjustments to the starting line up it was time for the game to commence. Gos continued on their winning ways scoring 6 tries with 4 successfully converted.
Sunday 30th September 2007. Home game v Romsey.
On a sunny Sunday morning at Gosport Park the boys made up for their narrow defeat in their first game of the season by totally dominating this fixture against Romsey. Even with some players unable to make the game we still had large enough squad to lend the visiting team four players so that there journey had not been wasted and all the boys had a chance to play in a competitive game. We ran in a total of eleven tries with seven successfully converted.
Sunday 16th September 2007. Away Game v US Portsmouth.
Final Score : Gosport&Fareham 0 - 15 US Portsmouth.
Despite the final score this was an excellent start to the new season. 18 players from the squad turned out to play in perfect weather at the MOD sports ground. This late change of venue meant an early start as the pitch was booked for a subsequent U16's League match.
This unfortunately saw the match finish before the game was over !
